We are a seeking a Senior Business Analyst to provide superior program support and contract operations to prime contractor and their government customer.

• Foster and maintain relationships with multiple levels of management internally and with the client
• Ensure senior level management within the client organization is aware of program status, relevant projects and report impacts to organizational strategic vision
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Quality Assurance Plan and ensure all program deliverables (formal and informal) and work performance on all task orders meet quality standards
• Plan, organize, and oversee multiple work efforts, foster team collaboration, assign resources, identify risks, and monitor overall project status 
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly program status and financial reports
• Facilitate and lead regular team staff meetings as well as monthly meetings with the Prime Directing Manager and Air Staff clients
• Develop and deliver key program tools, templates, training, strategic communications, briefings, etc.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with senior leadership
• Prepare forecasts and analyzes trends, reports, spreadsheets, reporting regulations and business conditions
• Develop and analyze metrics, performance measurements, requirements, reports and recommendations related to management, organizational structure, policy/procedures and business systems
• Identify potential business risks. Areas of focus include but are not limited to business performance, business and economic case analysis, internal control and enterprise risk assessment
• Employ critical thinking skills to solve complex problems, develop strategies, and create execution plans
• Perform analysis supporting projects in Supplier Management, Strategic Sourcing, Total Cost Management, and Demand Management Strategies

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in field of Business or Master’s Degree in field of Business
• Required Knowledge/Experience:
  • 8 years (with Bachelor) or 5 year (with Masters)
  • Experience collecting and analyzing data
  • Strong communication, computer, and organization skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of tools, specifically MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent team skills in an agile environment
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong critical thinking mindset
  • Working knowledge of financial impacts to logistic systems a plus
• Preferred Knowledge/Experience:
  • 10 years’ experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of business or business related field; Master’s Degree preferred
