TACG is seeking a Project Management/Organizational Change Management Analyst to lead, manage and facilitate significant project agile and integrated scheduling activities. Additional tasks include team reporting, managing timelines, process improvement planning, agile sprint testing, and leading Organization Change Management (OCM) initiatives, using Agile Methodology processes.  The FLITES team is working towards MVP 1, a release that will change the face of Department of the Air Force master data catalog, with future visions integrating data across the Department or Defense enterprise.


This position reports to the Foundational Logistics Information Technology Enterprise System (FLITES) Functional Project Manager and the Integrated Program Office (IPO) Leadership Team, and is located in Dayton, Ohio.


  • Play a key role in ensuring projects and change initiatives meet objectives on time and within budget
  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans to drive success across the organization
  • Work with all levels of IPO Leadership in creating and maintaining project timelines that are tracked by leadership
  • Manage and facilitate the Bug Triage Process with the Product Owners, Development Leads and Test Leads
  • Process and oversee bug stories transition from the initial report to final resolution 
  • Continuously assess and evaluate the process for efficiency and improvement opportunities
  • Document scheduled status reports and facilitate leadership reviews and approval in communicating with all major stakeholders
  • Build out processes of the FLITES Service Desk (using Confluence) that will address incoming requests from the user base and routing the tickets based on the nature of the request
  • Define and deliver all items that should be included on the FLITES Service Desk Portal that will serve the FLITES Community
  • Support the Scrum Masters with all Agile Processes and deliverables. Perform back-up Scrum functions in managing various ceremonies and creating / maintaining Sprint Boards
  • Create, own, and lead multiple sprint stories for assigned section
  • Require cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders to meet the project product timeline
  • Often requires independent research and analysis to meet the stakeholder’s goals and to satisfy user acceptance requirements
  • Develop, facilitate, and implement project management functions and processes for business digital transformation initiatives


  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, Business Management, Engineering or similar field
  • Required Knowledge/Experience:
    • Five plus (5+) years of broad/diverse background and experience, or equivalent, prefer 3 years managing projects
    • Experience with the US Air Force or DoD
    • Knowledgeable and experienced in Agile Process Methodology, from creating stories to release of Minimum Viable Products (MVP)
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite of tools
  • Preferred Knowledge/Experience:
    • Experience with Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Teams, Gov. Zoom
    • Strong presentation development, delivery and relationship-building skills with peer group(s) and leadership
    • Any Agile, Scrum, LEAN, Six Sigma, or Project Management related certifications
    • Air Force or DoD Headquarters experience is a plus
